4 sizes needed

If you want to sell something as extra large you must have 4 sizes to choose from. Small, Grande and XL is like having chocolate without peanut butter. If I order large, and you only have small, grande and XL then give me the XL. Your inability to sensibly organize your menu should not be my problem. If you want to have XL you must have small, medium, large and XL to choose from. I really do not care what you call each choice, but you have to give me a large to choose from if you want XL to be your final choice. If there are only three size choices no matter how you cut it you only have small, medium and large.
